Personal Training

I have been a personal trainer for a number of years and still take on select clients in NYC. One of the main reason I got into coaching was to have more of an impact on my clients goals outside of our sessions.

Overall, my experience as a personal trainer has provided me with valuable skills and insights that I apply within coaching too. My ability to listen actively, understand vulnerability, and offer empathy and compassion enable me to build strong relationships with my clients and support them as they work towards achieving their goals.
